Yes. We assist with incorporating the company, preparing and filing the documents with the Commercial Register, and with later changes to the registered particulars. We work with clients who are not Bulgarian citizens, and all communication runs in one of our four languages.

We start with a complimentary initial consultation and an expert review of how your books are currently kept. We then take over the transfer of documentation, assign a dedicated accountant, and agree the communication channels, so the handover happens without interrupting your ongoing obligations.
